Flu - Empower Your Immune System Without the Vaccine

With all the news about impending flu situations, etc, I feel honoured and privileged to share the following with you…

Recommendations for the flu and cold season are as follows:

A good night’s rest is essential for building a strong immune system. If you have sleep issues then please consider the following:
- No eating after the evening meal- making it the lightest meal of the day-include raw vegetables at this meal and especially celery
- Take Young Living ImmuPro and / or Sleep Essence, use Stress Away Roll On

Good quality water, chlorine and fluoride free. No bottled water. Consider a good home water filtration system such as the Shaklee BestWater Perfect Pitcher or the BestWater Aqua System ll or the BestWater MTS 2000 system
-do not allow yourself to become dehydrated
-drink drink most of your water by mid-afternoon
- add a pinch of Celtic or Redmond sea salt to every litre of water that you drink

Upon rising in morning, brush teeth with Young Living Thieves Toothpaste and then gargle with 1 capful of Thieves mouthwash and then swallow the mouthwash.

Following the thieves mouthwash, mix 1 ounce of Young Living NingaXia Red with 4 ounces of filtered water and 1 drop each of Essential Oil of Lemon, Frankincense, and Thieves and drink on empty stomach.

Have a shower and or bath with Thieves bar soap or Thieves Foaming Soap

Supplement your morning meal with Young Living Inner Defence, Super C Chewable, Core Essentials Complete

Consider giving your internal organs a holiday by doing a 5 day Nutritive Cleanse from Young Living to prepare your body for the winter season. Fall is a perfect time to do this. The beginning of every season is the time to consider a 5 day nutritive cleanse.


A ProBiotic are most definitely a must for the digestive system in order to keep the immune system strong. Young Living’s Life 5 would be the solution for this. Take at bedtime.

Use the Thieves hand soap, Thieves foaming soap, Thieves lozenges, Thieves wipes, Thieves hand sanitizer, Thieves cleaner, Thieves toothpaste and mouthwash at every opportunity. Do not leave home without this protocol.

Consider diffusing essential oils on a regular basis at home and at your workplace. These are just a few of the essential oils needed. Be prepared with an arsenal of oils at your disposal. Do not wait for a crisis to happen.

Consider the Raindrop Technique

Avoid all vaccinations.

Consider a walk outdoors.

Consider replenishing your food supply with non-perishable items in the event of an epidemic of flu which would force a self quarantine. Limit your intake of sugar

Do not live in fear. You are responsible for your health and make yourself accountable for it.

If you do succumb to whatever is in the air, you do know that REST is essential and please heed that.
